A low-slope modern addition with a long unbroken run needed a covering that could take four months of Pacific Northwest rain with no exposed fasteners anywhere in the field.
On-site fabrication
Panels were roll-formed on site to the exact length of the run, eliminating every horizontal seam. Each panel is mechanically seamed and clipped, so the roof can move with temperature without loosening a single fixing.
The finished assembly carries a 40-year finish warranty and should outlast two asphalt roofs on the same house.
